Ernst & Young South Africa does not intentionally collect any sensitive information via this web site unless legally required to do so, e.g.. for recruiting purposes. Sensitive information includes race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or other beliefs (beyond dietary preferences), trade union membership, physical or mental health, sexual life or criminal records. Expressing an interest in working for Ernst & Young, or applying for a job

The careers section of the Ernst & Young South Africa website envisions enabling you to register your interest in working for Ernst & Young South Africa or apply for advertised vacancies. If you decide to register, we will assume that, by doing so, you consent to Ernst & Young South Africa using, storing and/or and destroying any personal data you supply for the purpose of considering your application in accordance with our standard recruitment procedures.

We may wish to retain your details on file for up to the next 12 months and notify you of any suitable vacancies that arise. You would then have the opportunity to apply for these vacancies if you wished to do so.

We may use your personal data for the purposes of research relating to the improvement of our recruitment and HR policies and practices.
